To flip your images either horizontally or vertically you will need to select either the horizontal or vertical buttons. If you hover over with your mouse it will display which is which.
Flipping horizontally:
Flipping horizontally will result in a mirrored version of the original image in a horizontal fashion.
Flipping Vertically:
Flipping vertically will result in a mirrored version of the original image in a vertical fashion
