How can I track my order?

Desktop:

To track your order you can log in to see your order info, where it is in the printing queue and any tracking numbers if applicable. When you place your first order with us this will automatically open an account in which you can log in. 

If you go to "HELP & INFO" at the top of the webpage and click account. You will be able to log in with the email address you placed the order under and also the order number. Once this is entered click "LOG IN" The password will always be a previous order number. This can't be changed. Make sure there are no capital letters or spaces before or after your email address or order number as the login is case sensitive. 

When you have logged in you will be able to see your previous orders. Click the arrow on the right hand side and this will expand the order. 

Here you will be able to click "TRACKING" if dispatched and tracking is applicable for your order or you will be able to click "ORDER HISTORY" and this will show you where your order is in the printing queue. As we can see this order is currently in production and is printed and just awaiting quality control to be dispatched.

Mobile:

You will be able to log in with the email address you placed the order under and also the order number. Once this is entered click "LOG IN" The password will always be a previous order number.
